With its colourful array of flowers, the soft sounds of running water, and shade from our mature lime trees, our garden café and bar is the perfect spot to relax after a long hike or to just while away the hours with a good book.

Fresh and organic
In line with our ethos of connecting directly with nature and being good to the planet, we serve a wide range of locally-sourced and organic food and drinks . We also have a selection of delicious, healthy, vegetarian options.

Summer 2026 - Reduced menu

Our garden café-bar-buvette offers a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, ice-cream, and a choice of cheese and charcuterie platters.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our usual lunch menu or selection of home-made cakes and pastries at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

LUNCH

Served from 12.00-14.30

Take time out to enjoy one of our tasty salads, homemade burgers, quiches, or speciality dishes. We also offer a wide our selection of local beers and quality wines.

AFTERNOON PAUSE

Served until 18.30

Indulge yourself with our wide selection of ice-creams, sorbets, home-made cakes and tarts, and gourmet coffees and teas while enjoying the magnificent mountain scenery.

EVENING DINNER

3 course meal and coffee served from 19.30

Treat yourself to an exquisite culinary experience at Lauvitel Lodge. Each evening, our chef prepares a different 3-course meal for the pleasure of both in-house residents and visitors. Depending on your preference, you can choose to join one of our large communal tables or request an individual table. We are happy to cater for vegetarians (advanced notice required to ensure that you get equal care and attention as our other guests).
