I have been practicing yoga since 1992.
I graduated from the French Yoga School in 2009 and have been teaching hatha yoga since 2008.
I continue to train not only on the practice of yoga but also on the philosophy, the yoga of sound.
I am trained in Reiki 2nd degree, initiated in the Feldenkreis method, hypnosis practitioner.
I give classes for associations (Arts Martiaux Asnières, Bois-Colombes town hall, So Yoga,…), companies such as LOREAL, BIC, Bois-Colombes aquatic center…, in hospitals, private classes.
