Frédérique is a teacher of Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Her daily personal practice, which combines pranayama, postural practice and meditation, nourishes her teachings.
After working in the private sector and then in international solidarity organizations, my passion for yoga led me to make it my profession. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for 12 years now. I have been teaching Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Yoga for over 5 years.
I trained at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Neyyar Dam, India and with Brigitte Longueville and Oscar Velasquez in Mexico. I continue to train regularly, and currently with Christian Thikhomiroff (4 years of training). My daily personal practice, which combines pranayama, postural practice and meditation, nourishes my teachings.
Yoga is a lifestyle for me. I am passionate about anatomy and pay particular attention to alignment and precision in the postures, so that everyone can receive the best benefits from their practice. Each class includes pranayama (breath regulation techniques), posture work and meditation, an essential combination to experience the breadth and scope of yoga practice and to advance on one’s spiritual path.
