Patrick and Caroline offer you a mountain interlude in La Danchère, at the gateway to the magnificent Ecrins National Park, where you will be able to fill up on energy thanks to Yoga, Chi Kung and T’ai Chi Chuan practices, hikes in the heart of nature, a regenerating diet, and moments of relaxation and conviviality.
Meditation at sunrise followed by hatha yoga (1h30) and Chi Kung and T’ai Chi Chuan (1h30) in the beautiful new dojo, hikes between 3 and 5 hours.
Prerequisite: to be used to walking, if possible in the mountains.

Chi Kung and T’ai Chi Chuan with Caroline
These two practices are complementary with the circulation of energy or “chi”. The power of Chi Kung lies in the coordination of simple movements with the breath. It is in principle an individual practice, easy to memorize and integrate into your own practice. T’ai Chi Chuan is an ancient martial art that focuses on the circulation of chi in relation to others. Caroline will guide you through an introduction to the riches of simple movements, taken from the Yang form. Informed by the diverse qualities in the elements of nature, these practices provide the perfect complement to the mountain walks.
Price includes full board accommodation (except drinks), fees for yoga practices and hiking.
