May 27: Welcome to your stillpoint
Welcome ritual, a tour of our beautiful immediate surroundings, dinner, a yin yoga practice in The Stillpoint, and your first night’s sleep in the Alps.
May 28: Earth
Start the day with a grounding yoga practice.
Bathe in the forest and weave in nature. Spend time appreciating our alpine environment and connecting to the plant spirits through movement, walks, and a grounding tea ceremony.
May 29: Air
Let the winds of inspiration be your guide as we play in connection with our inner Maiden Archetype.
We will spend the day connecting to our dreams through playful yoga, guided art journaling, and a jewelry workshop.
May 30: Water
Start the day with an early hike up to the lake for a cool plunge, or stay back at the lodge for an immersion in watercolor.

May 31: Fire
Attune to the transformative energy of fire. Starting the day by sparking the flame of our Kundalini energy with movement and breathwork. As we journey through the day co-creating a new way of being, we will alchemize these intentions with an evening Fire Ceremony to close our time together.
June 1: Your stillpoint is within
A morning gratitude practice in The Stillpoint, followed by our last breakfast together. When you leave, take memories, friendships, and your stillpoint home with you.

Debra is a 500 hr. RYT in Kundalini yoga and meditation with a background in education, positive psychology and strengths based coaching. When she isn’t enjoying being in Nature, crafting, reading and spending time with family, Debra finds joy in helping others to discover their radiant essence and connection to the Divine Mother.
Gretchen is a French and American 500-hour RYT in vinyasa and kundalini yoga, with certifications in sober curious yoga and kundalini rebirthing. She lives in the French Alps and teaches yoga at the Université Savoie Mont Blanc. Gretchen is a menopaused moon junkie who enjoys hiking, wild swimming and travel. She loves helping her students to connect with their authentic selves, and guiding women to their place of power and acceptance.
Arianna Reel Cook
Arianna is a Los Angeles native with a passion for inspiring connection through creativity. She is a 750 hour CYT yoga instructor with certifications in Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, and Meditation. She is also a certified Inner Alignment practitioner and full time art teacher.
Her background began in the restaurant world so bringing art, culinary, and intuitive practices to others fuels her passion to inspire others to create their best lives.
