Advanced Yoga Therapy Workshop

This 5-day workshop is for yoga students who want to deepen their knowledge as well as for yoga teachers.

Jai Kumar and Laurène Clamaron will propose a series of workshops:

• Release of tensions in neck, shoulders, back, hips ( Jai Kumar )
• Relaxation sessions (Laurène)
• Marma vidya points (Jai Kumar)
• Meditation sessions according to the teachings of Sri Aurobindo ( Laurène )
• Abhyanga (Self massage, Jai Kumar)
• Approach of the Bhagavat-gita according to the teachings of Sri Aurobindo (Jai Kumar and Laurène)

An individual consultation by Jai Kumar for each participant is also planned.

Ayurvedic massages are also available if desired.

Daily Program

• 3h of postures in detail
• 1 hour of Abhyanga / Self-massage
• 1 hour of Marma Vidya points
• 2x 30 min of relaxation / meditation
• 1 hour of spiritual discussions + Bhagavat-gita according to the teachings of Sri Aurobindo
• an afternoon walk and swim at the Lauvitel lake

Price

• Instruction: 520€ in 2 payments (260€ at reservation +260€ 1 month before July 15) payable to the association Yoga Intégral France.
• Room:
  • 360€/2 or 3 pers. rooms shared bathroom
  • 440€/2 or 3 pers. rooms private bathroom
  • Solo rooms + 30€/day
  • Payable directly to Lauvitel Lodge

Conditions of cancellation

• In case of cancellation at your request more than 30 days before July 15, half of the first payment will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before July 15, the entire 1st payment will be retained by the association Yoga Intégral France.
• In case of cancellation at your request up to 15 days before July 15, half of the 2nd payment will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before July 15, the entire 2nd payment will be retained by Association Yoga Intégral France.
